Jim began his training in the mid 1990's with a City & Guilds qualification in Agricultural Engineering. Soon after he trained specifically on the servicing and maintaining of Stihl, Hayter and Briggs & Stratton equipment. These skills where put to work and honed at MSF & Countrywide workshops repairing a wide range of ground care and agricultural machinery. From there Jim moved into a production role helping in the engineering of aids for the disabled.
